Well, almost 1 month to the day, I'm sick again; with a cold. You have got to be kidding me. So, now I've got an unholy 1-2 punch of allergic runny/stuffy nose with a cold-induced runny/stuffy nose. Nice. So, basically, I'm suffering from a never-ending fit of nose blowing. I bet that you are very please that I shared that with you, huh? I'm thinking that something is aloof in me immune system. Methinks I need to stop frequenting those "massage parlors." Maybe that's what's got meself all jacked up, but everyone likes happy endings, right?
Well, I'm at a new clinic today, and it's looking like that it will be a pretty slow day, and for that I'm very grateful. It's kind of nice getting paid the same amount, now matter how much "work" you do. Not a bad gig, if you can get it.
Unless you've been dead this morning, you know about the N. Korea nuclear bomb test that went off today. Scary, scary, scary.
Enough of the gloom and doom, at least the Cardinals won last night. I'm loosing about all interest in the baseball playoffs. I guess I'll glance at the Cards now and again, but since the Twinkies got swept, I don't have a lot of interest in it.
And don't get me started about the Cowboys. Drew Bledsoe should be benched. I can't fault the offensive line too much, because the Eagles worked that blitz pretty dang effectively. Anyway, I'm pretty hacked off about the game, so let's not talk about it anymore, ok?
Well, I'm off to maybe try to sleep a few minutes.....or not. Someone just walked in. Off to work.
